We want your dog to actually use it — not just look at it. Try any ComfyWags product for 30 nights. If it's not the right fit, we'll work with you to make it right.
How Returns Work
Because we ship directly from our warehouse, return shipping can be a bit of a journey. Here's how we handle it:
- If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item — we'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
- If it's just not the right fit — email us at hello@comfywags.com and we'll figure out the best solution together. In many cases, we'll offer a full refund without requiring a return, because shipping it back doesn't always make sense for anyone.
